I’m an operations and compliance professional with 30+ years supporting regulatory adherence and risk management in highly regulated manufacturing environments. I focus on compliance reporting, incident documentation, and corrective action processes that help keep programs audit-ready.

In my recent work, I prepared documentation, reports, and records for internal reviews, audits, safety meetings, and regulatory inspections. I monitor risk controls, identify deficiencies, and support timely remediation for leadership review, while maintaining administrative controls for safety, incidents, environmental records, and operational procedures.

I’m a cross-functional collaborator who works closely with engineering, quality, safety, and operations teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards and process requirements. I’ve also trained employees on safety procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance expectations, and I compile monthly and quarterly reports summarizing incidents, corrective actions, and compliance metrics.

I bring hands-on technical capability to compliance work, including Active Directory administration for user accounts and permissions, and SIEM use with Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel to detect and document incidents and compliance metrics. I’ve also automated documentation workflows with PowerShell and Bash scripting, and I’m now targeting SAP Basis and Security Analyst roles to apply my compliance and security expertise in enterprise systems.
