I’m a Senior HSSE Technical Advisor with deep experience spanning aviation, oil & gas exploration/drilling, and high-threat emergency response. I build and embed Safety Management Systems and Operational Excellence frameworks that turn risk governance into day-to-day operational discipline.
In my current role as Senior HSSE Advisor, Exploration & Development Division, I drove a 56% reduction in overall incident rates, a 43% reduction in injury rates, and a 73% reduction in work-related road traffic incidents. While mentoring a team of local national employees, we achieved the largest reduction in incidents since reliable records began in BU, strengthened reporting culture by 2700%, and helped secure recognition as the second RoSPA accredited defensive driving center in Bahrain and the first within the company.
Previously, I held senior HSSE leadership positions including Head of Health, Safety, Environmental & Emergency Response for Saudi Aramco’s Gas Drilling Department (33 rigs) and Emergency Response Lead with Royal Dutch Shell (Majnoon Oil & Gas Field). I’ve owned HSSE strategy and emergency response for complex, multi-site operations—leading risk-based planning, ISO-aligned audits and corrective actions, and emergency preparedness—while partnering with senior executives, contractors, government stakeholders, and international responders.

Directed health, safety, and emergency response for Mustang Ramp Commander at Kandahar Airfield in a hostile deployed environment. Commanded real-world crash rescue and emergency response to fuel fires, munitions hazards, and complex attacks, including casualty extraction, triage, evacuation, and liaison with security and medical teams.
