What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in non-financial/operational risk and business continuity work—using ORA, KRIs, and BCMS to protect operations. I value international best practices, structured reporting, and teams that plan, learn, and improve continuously.

I’m a Non-Financial Risk Analyst focused on operational risk management within an established risk framework. I conduct Operational Risk Assessments (ORA), follow up on reported events, and monitor operational Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to spot changes in the bank’s risk profile early.

I also support Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) activity planning by developing and implementing response tools and plans. I run Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and update continuity plans as part of continuous improvement, ensuring disruptive events don’t derail normal operations or strategic objectives.

Alongside risk work, I’ve delivered programs and projects—coordinating teams and volunteers, managing stakeholder updates, and ensuring execution on time and within budget. From project methodologies like Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile to logistical and communications support, I bring structured planning, clear reporting, and strong stakeholder communication to every engagement.
