I review architectural drawings, specifications, and historical records, and evaluate capital expenditure items with cost estimates and repair schedules to support client planning. I use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, ArcGIS, and Foxit Reader to organize information and prepare deliverables.
At MORRISON HERSHFIELD now STANTEC, I supported building envelope and rehabilitation projects through drawing reviews, site visits, and field testing. I also assisted with building condition assessments and roofing inspections, contributing to practical recommendations.
