What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my property assessment, valuation, research, and portfolio administration experience in a role focused on accurate records, regulatory compliance, stakeholder service, and continued growth toward my M.I.M.A. designation.

At MPAC, I managed high-volume residential and commercial property files, coordinating inspections, permit research, record updates, and property owner inquiries across Ontario.

I completed more than 800 permit files, reconciling building permits, sales, ownership records, and municipal data through GIS tools and internal assessment databases. I also developed an Excel tracking system that improved visibility into file status, inspections, outstanding permits, and reconciliation work.

I prepare technical documentation and valuation rationale for Requests for Reconsideration and assessment-related disputes, applying Cost, Direct Comparison, and Income approaches in accordance with Ontario assessment legislation and professional standards.
