Sarah Sandhu

I’m a BIM/CAD Structural Technologist with five years of experience building information modelling (BIM) and CADD deliverables using Revit and CAD. I develop finished building models and drawings from conceptual information and design notes, and I bring a detail-first approach to every reinforcement, plan, and schedule.

I’ve served as a primary technician and technologist on commercial and residential projects, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders to keep work organized, documented, and on track. I detail reinforcements across concrete buildings, steel structures, concrete towers, and mass timber, applying building science knowledge to restoration work, TI’s, seismic upgrades, and renovations.

On landmark projects, I created 3D models, custom schedules, and specialized plan sets—like anchor footing plans, steel and concrete floor plans, brace elevations, and connection details for mass timber and composite systems. I also contribute through BIM resource development and project archives, including Cold Formed Steel notes and details, so knowledge stays reusable across future work.
