I coordinate graduate medical education operations across psychiatry and fellowship programs, managing recruitment, faculty and resident travel requests, and Clinical Competency Committee packet distribution at UT Southwestern.
Previously, I supported five fellowship programs as a GME Coordinator I, scheduling faculty meetings and maintaining call schedules.
At Baylor Medical Center, I managed undergraduate medical program lectures, examinations, grading, and rotation schedules. I also coordinated internal medicine recruitment, resident contracts, letters of intent, and ABIM and ACGME information at the University of Chicago.
I bring hands-on experience with ERAS, MedHub, New Innovations, One45, Blackboard, VSAS, Thalamus, REDCap, and Microsoft tools. My scholarly work on GME coordinator well-being earned first place at the Association of Medical Educators in 2023.
