At Teach For America, I manage candidate pipelines across concurrent recruitment campaigns. I exceeded the FY26 University of Houston offer goal by 40%, delivering 14 offers against a goal of 10.
I use Salesforce and Power BI to analyze application progression, interview completion, and pass-through, then review candidate files to identify support gaps and refine interview preparation. I source candidates through campus partnerships and targeted outreach, and guide applicants through each stage of the process.
Earlier, I supported campus candidate pipelines as a Teach For America Recruitment Intern and taught Kindergarten ELA at KIPP Houston Public Schools. I also contribute to inclusion work and support fellows as a Braven Leadership Coach.
