What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic recruitment and talent development work where I can apply structured selection, coaching, performance management, data analysis, and my deep K-12 experience.

I've led coaching, performance development, and complex stakeholder coordination across Houston Independent School District, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, regulated banking, and K-12 schools. In HISD, I partnered with educators and leaders to identify performance gaps, review data, and deliver targeted development strategies.

My M.S. in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources strengthens my work in personnel selection, structured interviewing, performance evaluation, training, and data analysis. I bring deep K-12 and special education context, along with experience building accountable, development-focused teams.
