What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a credit and customer-focused role where I can take ownership of payment and credit control, support dispute resolution, and improve statement/supplier workflows—ideally in a team that values clear communication, precision, and growth.

I’m a credit-focused professional with a track record of successful project support, payment control, and customer support. I work with clients to determine requirements and provide excellent service, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and follow-through.

In my current role in Credit Control at Applied Medical (Amersfoort, The Netherlands), I handle payment control and credit control, including customer support and related dispute resolution. I’m advanced in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and I work with EDI and tools that support efficient financial operations.

Previously, I supported Audit/Customer Support at Transparent Solutions and managed statement analysis across languages, coordination of supplier communication, and being the main point of contact for the DACH market. I also brought process and systems experience from roles including Credit Associate (UPS), Quality Assurance Manager (Continental), and an Intern position focused on process landscape visualization, translation, and project rollout.
