I’m looking for a role in digital advertising operations where I can own campaign delivery end-to-end, automate workflows in Salesforce, and use QA plus performance insights to improve ROI—while building strong client relationships and continuous process improvements.

I’m a Campaign Management Associate at Accenture, specializing in executing post-sales digital advertising operations for client campaigns. I focus on seamless onboarding, flawless campaign execution, and long-term client satisfaction.

In my role as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) partner for Spotify advertising clients, I own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from Salesforce CRM booking and label order entry to media buying execution and ad trafficking via Google Ad Manager (GAM/DFP). I proactively communicate campaign status, resolve delivery challenges, and ensure SLA compliance across high-volume, multi-region campaigns.

I also lead B2B CRM automation workflows using Salesforce to reduce order processing time, minimize errors, and improve operational efficiency. By collaborating with sales, media planning, and engineering teams, I help optimize pacing, targeting, and delivery performance, while conducting QA and troubleshooting to protect delivery accuracy.

Before Accenture, I worked as an Ads Trafficker at APEX Services, managing tagging, QA, setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization across multiple platforms—improving campaign ROI through data-driven performance tracking with Podsights and issue management in Jira. Earlier, I interned in catalogue management and market research, including building trend-driven content and delivering insights through dashboards and reporting.
