I've led manufacturing, maintenance, continuous improvement, and digital transformation across STAR STONE, ZALECO, PREMAGRO, VPK Packaging, Vernicolor, Shinheung Electronics, and Leoni Wiring Systems. My work spans automotive, wetcast concrete, packaging, metallurgy, and industrial production.

At STAR STONE, I lead technical, maintenance, and continuous-improvement activities while advancing ISO 9001/14001 management systems, factory modernization, MES, KPI dashboards, production tracking, and capacity analysis. I've also developed CMMS and task-management applications across web, desktop, and mobile environments.

Across operations roles, I've managed teams of up to 200 employees, delivered Lean transformations, led CAPEX and industrial projects, and implemented maintenance, KPI, OEE, and performance-management systems. My results include productivity gains of up to 50%, a 25% reduction in equipment downtime, a 30% reduction in changeover time, and quality improvement from 3% scrap to 0.5%.

I combine hands-on engineering leadership with strategic planning, budgeting, team coaching, and AI-supported operational analysis to build safer, more productive, and more reliable factories.
