I am a continuous improvement specialist with hands-on experience in Bosch Production System (BPS) implementations and production data management. I combine practical shop-floor experience with process-standardization and data-driven decision making to improve manufacturing performance.

At Bosch I coordinated and led CI projects, moderated improvement workshops, tracked KPIs, and coached teams to sustain production standards across manufacturing areas. I also managed and validated production-related data in SAP and Excel to ensure accuracy and support production and indirect departments.

I act as a trainer and mentor, onboarding new employees and delivering training on department processes and company culture. I prioritize clear documentation and standards to maintain consistency and support cross-functional collaboration.

I am punctual, responsible, and adaptable under pressure, able to work effectively both independently and within teams while organizing tasks to meet business requirements and professional goals.
