I've led operational turnarounds, greenfield launches, and supply chain transformations across aerospace, automotive, advanced technology, and FMCG manufacturing. As an independent interim executive, I step into complex transitions to stabilize operations, protect business continuity, and improve performance.

At Pfeiffer Vacuum Romania, I raised OEE to 86%, reduced scrap below 1%, and helped move net profit from -3.8 mRON to +3.1 mRON while advancing robotization, capacity expansion, and SAP HANA implementation. I also improved supplier quality and OTIF for Spirit AeroSystems, redesigned supply chain processes for Wittur's Infor LN rollout, and lifted sales, EBITDA margin, quality, and delivery performance at BMT Aerospace.

Earlier, I built and led Emerson's Cluj-Napoca and Oradea greenfield sites, delivering major facility expansion, cross-border transfers, and a 42% operating-profit improvement. I bring a practical, participative leadership approach grounded in business ethics, health and safety, continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven decisions.
