I’m Mihail Vlascitchii, a junior Android developer who enjoys reading technical books and turning new ideas into working features through my pet projects. I’m energized by learning quickly and applying what I study directly into production-like app work.
I completed Android internship programs at Endava (01.05.23 – 01.08.23) and AppsFactory (01.08.25 - 01.10.25), and I also bring real-world discipline from working in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova as a Firefighter (01.08.2018 – 01.07.2022). In every role, I focus on teamwork, consistency, and delivering well-structured solutions.
On my recent projects, I build with MVVM and migrate toward MVI, using Jetpack Compose, type-safe Compose Navigation, and modern Android data layers. For example, BlueTube is a MVVM (migration to MVI) app using the YouTube Data API via Retrofit, with local persistence using Room, DI with Dagger Hilt, coroutines/Flow, and testing with JUnit and UI testing.
I also create apps like the News App and Parking Lot app—using Jetpack Compose UI, Retrofit networking, Dagger Hilt, KSP (Kotlin Symbol Processing), adaptive layouts with ScreenSizeClasses, and coroutines/Flow testing. My approach is always shaped by clean architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI, Multi-Module architecture) and quality practices like Test Driven Development, Unit/Integration/UI testing, and SOLID principles.

Android Developer Intern

Developed a MVVM Android news app with searchable news lists and detailed news screens using Jetpack Compose. Connected the app to servers via Retrofit, implemented Dagger Hilt architecture, used KSP with adaptive ScreenSizeClasses, and added JUnit testing for the Retrofit module with coroutines/Flow API testing.
Built a MVVM Android parking lot app for users and staff to book parking spots, including authentication and parking spot state management with remote and local user data handling. Implemented Compose-based UI, networking with backend services, and dependency injection using Dagger Hilt plus custom views.
