I'm looking for opportunities to grow through technology and problem solving, contribute in a collaborative team environment, and gain new professional experience.

I'm a final-year Software Engineering student and Service Operations Analyst at NCR Atleos, supporting ATM operations across the UK market.

I deliver remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for ATM incidents, working closely with field engineers to identify and resolve technical issues.

I coordinate with cross-functional teams to support timely incident resolution and generate performance reports that monitor ATM metrics and reveal recurring issues.

Alongside my work, I'm completing a Bachelor of Applied Studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I bring experience with C#, JavaScript, Python, and C++, as well as fluent English and Spanish communication.
