I build software that works when failure is not an option, and I’ve spent over 9 years engineering mission-critical platforms for healthtech, fintech, and public-sector organizations. At Paraguay's National Directorate of ICT, I led backend development for the COVID-19 crisis—designing and developing the 154 National Health Hotline (processing +2M coronavirus queries), and building VACUNATE, the national vaccination platform used by +5M citizens.

I specialize in high-compliance APIs, distributed systems, and full-stack architectures that scale under pressure. I delivered massive operational capacity for emergency response (+50K test appointment capacity per day), active case monitoring (+100K patients), and specialized pregnancy monitoring (+10K).
