At Bird B.V. (formerly MessageBird), I contributed to enterprise-facing frontend development, designed and built a multi-region WebRTC connection-quality monitoring service with AWS CDK and Docker/ECS (reducing support cases by 20%), and delivered customer tooling like the in-app notification editor and A/B testing-driven campaign builder revamps.
