At Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado de Durango, I modernized the state prison management system by migrating its interface from PHP to React/Vite and developing a Node.js/Express API with MySQL. It supports more than 15 production modules.
I optimized critical queries, bringing one historical-data query from 289.6 seconds to 0.33 seconds. I also strengthened data access with parameterized SQL and transactions, maintain about 1,800 automated tests, and reduced the main bundle by 42%.
For CASA ALHER, I developed and launched an e-commerce store and administrative system for sales, inventory, cash, and purchasing. I modeled the data with PostgreSQL and Prisma, supported the logic with 690 unit tests, and integrated Stripe and Skydropx.
During my professional placement at 911 INCLUYENTE, I led a four-person team developing a mobile emergency-reporting solution for people who are deaf or have speech disabilities. I built the React Native/Expo app and a Node.js/Express API integrated with the 911 CAD system.
