I’m looking for a hands-on IT role where I can troubleshoot end users, maintain Windows/Linux systems, and grow self-hosted services—while partnering with a team that values practical solutions and continuous learning.

I’m an IT professional with over 30 years of experience in systems administration and technical support, with a strong track record in end-user support and troubleshooting. I’m reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering practical, effective IT solutions—especially in both corporate and small business environments.

I’ve supported Windows systems administration, operated helpdesk services, and handled operating system migration projects, including IT security responsibilities and intranet administration. I’ve also managed hardware and software installation and maintenance, backup solutions, and remote technical support for home users and small businesses.

Beyond support, I build and maintain websites as a freelance web developer using WordPress and Elementor. I’m also passionate about self-hosted technologies and Linux systems, with hands-on experience using Nextcloud, Matomo, Jellyfin, Pi-hole, and AdGuard Home—alongside a continuing commitment to learning and improving how I document and train users.
