I’m an IT professional with over 30 years of experience in systems administration and technical support, with a strong track record in end-user support and troubleshooting. I’m reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering practical, effective IT solutions—especially in both corporate and small business environments.
I’ve supported Windows systems administration, operated helpdesk services, and handled operating system migration projects, including IT security responsibilities and intranet administration.
