What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead governed IT, cloud, automation, and AI adoption initiatives where I can build reliable platforms, define practical controls, and mature operational capabilities.

At Claro Colombia, I lead datacenter information systems as Product Owner, building the area roadmap and architecting the BMC Helix ITSM platform deployed company-wide. I also developed ELK-based observability, SOX File Integrity Monitoring, and SRE adoption guidelines using SLI/SLO models and error budgets.

Over more than 20 years, I’ve designed and operated mission-critical telecom management systems across Claro, Telmex, and Hewlett Packard. I’m focused on AI governance, hybrid-infrastructure automation, cloud, and practical controls that help organizations adopt AI responsibly.
