I’m looking for a role where I can combine technical support with QA—deep API/SQL troubleshooting, clear documentation, and cross-team collaboration—to resolve customer issues and drive continuous product quality.

I provide technical support for customer issues by querying databases with SQL and troubleshooting APIs to restore product functionality. I work directly in Jira Service Management, escalating and resolving cases to keep satisfaction high.

I specialize in API integrations and debugging using tools like Postman, Datadog, and Swagger, while collaborating with internal teams to address complex technical problems. I also improve product quality by strengthening internal documentation and knowledge bases.

I’m passionate about quality assurance as well—creating and maintaining accurate documentation for APIs and helping drive continuous improvements. With a strong foundation in troubleshooting and communication across Slack, Jira, and Salesforce, I’m excited to contribute both support engineering and QA to deliver reliable software.
