I’m a Senior Platform Engineer with almost 5 years of experience building and scaling Databricks-based data platforms across Raiffeisen's European banking group. I led the migration of 120+ legacy pipelines to Databricks, cut cloud costs by 30%, and shipped Unity Catalog with zero downtime for dashboards and marketing campaigns reaching millions of customers across nine countries. I turned an undocumented DataStage-to-Databricks migration into a playbook the team still follows.

In my current role, I own platform stabilization for the whole tribe and enable features product teams request. I led the move to Unity Catalog with zero downtime, rebuilt the product team's data architecture to make pipelines faster, steadier, and easier to run, and built Asset Bundles for deployments. I also focus on reliability—improving monitoring, alerting, and incident response while supporting onboarding of internal teams.

Most recently, I brought AI into the platform itself by integrating MCP, LLM gateways, and custom agents that help data engineers and business analysts ship faster. I supported AI enablement by automating client email replies using n8n and an LLM-backed vector database indexing policy, ensuring accurate answers based on customer-status data. I’m driven by ownership, governance, and quality—so complex changes stay understandable and deliver real business outcomes.
