I’m a Senior / Lead Backend Engineer and Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience designing, building and scaling backend systems for international companies and startups.

My strongest areas are Go, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architecture. I have worked extensively with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, SQS, OpenSearch and REST/gRPC APIs, taking systems from architecture and technical decisions through implementation, production and optimization.

I’m particularly experienced in solving complex backend and scalability problems. Examples include redesigning PostgreSQL-based search infrastructure to OpenSearch, reducing response times from 30+ seconds to under 1 second, reducing processing time from 12+ hours to around 1–2 hours, and eliminating infrastructure costs exceeding €4,000 per day.

Alongside hands-on development, I’ve led backend teams and initiatives, worked directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders, made architecture and technology decisions, and helped establish engineering standards and delivery practices.

I work best in remote, distributed teams where engineers have ownership, communicate clearly and are trusted to make technical decisions. I’m primarily interested in Senior Backend Engineer, Lead Backend Engineer, Senior Go Engineer, Staff Engineer and backend-focused technical leadership roles.
