What I'm looking for

I’m interested in applying my insurance and policy expertise to AI training and quality assurance work, with a focus on regulatory compliance, policy interpretation, and financial accuracy.

At Qualfon / USAA Contract, I handled more than 70 inbound policy service and sales calls per shift, working across proprietary policy management platforms and multi-state auto and property lines.

As an Independent Insurance Agent with DigitalBGA / Farm Bureau / Self-Directed, I maintain licenses covering all 50 states for P&C and six states for Life/Health/Accident. I also built automated lead management and CRM workflows using Make.com and N8N.

At United Wholesale Mortgage, I analyzed borrower financial profiles and property valuations against lending guidelines, and reviewed Proof of Insurance documentation for file integrity. My insurance work also includes regulatory compliance, policy interpretation, and claims estimating with Xactimate.

Earlier, I founded and managed Headfirst Printing, growing the operation to 17 employees and securing a multi-year General Motors OEM contract. I bring that operations experience alongside my insurance background to AI training and quality assurance work focused on financial accuracy.
