At HireRight, I provide technical and operational support to corporate HR clients using the background screening platform. I troubleshoot system issues, order corrections, and portal errors, and guide clients and candidates through identity verification and document submission.
Previously, I supported customers and sellers through Yoummday’s Vistaprint project, Concentrix’s Ryanair and TikTok Shop projects, and Nester Healthcare. My work included resolving booking, payment, account, and verification issues, conducting CDD and KYC checks, and documenting cases across customer support environments.
