I’m looking to own an infrastructure and security roadmap in a regulated, high-standards environment—hands-on with cloud, observability, and PCI-aligned controls—while growing as a strategic leader who can align IT delivery with business needs.

I’m an IT Infrastructure and Security professional with 7+ years of hands-on experience managing complex enterprise environments across fintech payments, NGO healthcare, and telecoms in East Africa. I’m currently leading AWS cloud infrastructure management, network security, PCI DSS v4.0.1 compliance remediation, and end-to-end observability for a regulated Bank of Uganda-licensed payment platform.

Before that, I built and ran the full IT estate across 155 to 186 health facilities, spanning servers, LAN/WAN/VPN, endpoint management, and cybersecurity under CDC/PEPFAR compliance frameworks. I authored 12+ security documents that reduced outstanding PCI audit items by 60%, deployed Wazuh for vulnerability detection and integrity monitoring, and created structured Grafana observability dashboards while strengthening AWS Security Groups using least-privilege and change-controlled workflows.
