At Uganda Telecommunications Corporation Limited, I configure and support IP network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and MPLS services. I monitor network links with Centreon and LibreNMS and investigate outages, routing faults, and service degradation.
I also provision and troubleshoot FTTH services, including OLT and ONU/ONT configuration and fiber connectivity faults. Earlier, as a Network Trainee at Soliton Telmec, I assisted with fiber-link installations, OTDR testing, ODF termination, and fusion splicing.
