I’m looking for a role where I can develop professionally, solve problems, work collaboratively, and contribute in a meaningful way. I’m especially drawn to positions that require strong communication, adaptability, and analytical thinking.

@michelledavis
First-person: I deliver supportive, data-informed teaching and behavior interventions that help learners thrive.
What I'm looking for
I’m Michelle, and I bring an education-forward mindset paired with data literacy to every environment I work in. Currently, as a Substitute Teacher, I deliver differentiated instruction across 12 grade levels to support diverse learning needs.
My work as a Registered Behavior Technician strengthens how I teach and support: I implemented 15 individualized BIPs focused on communication, social, and adaptive skills, trained in ABA techniques, and collected longitudinal behavioral data to recommend adjustments. I also provided introductory training to 10 new technicians, reinforcing consistent, evidence-based practice.
Alongside direct service roles, I build analytical and research capabilities through my Policy Analysis Blog—where I researched and authored in-depth analyses on national security, Indo-Pacific relations, and foreign policy for a general audience. With coursework in Data Science for Politics, Statistics, and Experimental Design, plus hands-on technical skills in R and Python, I’m motivated to apply structured analysis to improve outcomes for people and communities.
