I've led daily operations at Primrose School of Natick and The Learning Experience, coordinating staffing, enrollment, compliance, classrooms, and family communication to maintain high-quality early childhood programs.

As a Special Education Advocate, I review educational records, evaluations, and IEPs to help students with disabilities secure appropriate services, accommodations, and supports. I represent families in planning meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and service providers to uphold special education requirements.

My work combines program coordination with precise administrative and document-management support. I prepare, review, edit, and format complex documents; manage records and compliance tracking; and create Word and PDF forms and templates.

I've also trained employees on software, claims systems, billing requirements, customer service, and office technology. Across education, legal, healthcare, and training environments, I bring organized follow-through, clear communication, and careful handling of sensitive information.
