I've led product management for crypto trading platforms at Wyden and GSR, building products across algorithmic trading, market making, OTC trading, options, structured products, onboarding, and settlement.
At Wyden, I drove product changes across an end-to-end crypto-trading orchestration platform, managing backlogs, sprint planning, implementation, and stakeholder relationships with exchanges, custodians, brokers, and Web3 partners. I also leveraged AI to produce product specification documents for development teams.
At GSR, I managed end-to-end crypto algorithmic trading products and helped scale the business from 15 to 350 people.
Earlier at UBS, I delivered trading and IT solutions for precious metals, FX, fixed income, and derivatives businesses, while supporting change management across investment banking and private banking.
