I planned rollouts with business and support teams, communicated changes to customers, and tracked SLA compliance while minimizing disruption to live trading.
Earlier, as a Field Service Engineer at Bloomberg LP, I installed and supported hardware and software for major banks and financial institutions in Paris. I now run pipevolt.eu, an EU-hosted LLM routing service, as a hands-on AI infrastructure and operations project.
