I’m also experienced in operational work—at Gordmans, I unloaded shipments, organized inventory, and ensured swift movement of incoming stock to meet tight deadlines. I worked independently while collaborating with teams, and I operated a forklift in compliance with OSHA standards.

Earlier, as a Customer Service Representative at Baron HR, I handled fast and efficient customer shipments and oversaw customer orders through the entire process for swift shipping. I frequently used Word, MIPS, EPIC, WBS (Warehouse Business Systems), and WCSS (Wallace Customer Service Solutions), entering data and allocating materials for various 3M product press runs to help ensure timely production on the press floor.
