At Unite Students, I lead the commercial web platform across four product domains and four cross-functional squads. Through the peak booking window, the platform sustained 21% year-over-year booking growth and 17% revenue growth.
I reduced the change failure rate from around 50% to 5%, tripled release frequency, and cut recovery time from days to minutes. Establishing Datadog observability standards across distributed services also reduced the web platform error rate by 61%.
At Unbabel, I recruited and managed eight front-end engineers and modernised the stack from Vue 2 to Vue 3 and Node.js 12 to 20. End-to-end test coverage rose from 10% to 90%, security vulnerabilities fell by 85%, and lead time for change went from weeks to days.
Earlier, at Derivco, I built game-type templates and the reusable Saturn component framework, accelerating game creation by 75%. I’m recently focused on evolving delivery through AI-enabled workflows and intelligent tooling, including a Claude Skill connected to Azure DevOps, Datadog, and Google Analytics that automates the team’s monthly engineering report.
