At Lantern, I led a cross-functional team of 8 to 12 on a private markets data platform while directly line-managing two engineers. I was promoted to Front End Lead within 15 months and partnered closely with product, design, customer success, and sales to ship focused MVPs.

I still stay close to the code, building data-heavy React and Next.js experiences, shaping design-system architecture, and delivering analytics from BFF endpoints and data grids through interactive charts and exports. I care deeply about craftsmanship, TDD, robust pipelines, and making architectural choices that balance technical standards with business needs.

At OakNorth Bank, I led a team of three to deliver savings accounts for its mobile banking app and delivered a full app rebrand against a five-week deadline. At Love Home Swap, I led five frontend developers across three squads, built a new web application from scratch, and created feedback and coaching practices that helped engineers grow.

I’m most motivated by creating environments where engineers own problems, receive honest feedback, and develop in the directions they want. I also champion deliberate AI-assisted development with Claude, Cursor, and Codex to help teams ship faster without adding noise.
