As a native Dutch speaker, I communicate confidently with English-speaking customers for an American company and keep conversations clear and solution-focused.

Beyond support, I’ve built hands-on digital communication skills through freelance Facebook advertising campaign creation and customer messaging via Facebook Messenger. I also owned and ran a watch and jewellery store, handling sales, administration, inventory, and customer service end-to-end—so I’m comfortable owning issues from first contact to resolution.
