At SEI, I manage engineers across five squads delivering account, transaction, reporting and AML/KYC applications. I led a redesign of the Recon REST API on Snowflake that cut an after-hours reconciliation from more than four hours to a 45-minute on-demand run and ended 24 recurring production incidents annually.
I also created an automated SQL style review server in CI. Our team’s pilot became the division-wide model, while test coverage, PR review rules and CI gates helped raise uptime from 86% to 95% and reduce hotfixes by 67%.
At Quaestor Global Holdings, I architected a Java/Spring integration platform for trading, clearing and onboarding, and built the engineering function from none to 12 contract engineers. I established the company’s first SDLC and release practices, helping secure the integrations required for FINRA approval to operate as a licensed broker-dealer.
Across my work, I’ve built and improved software for regulated financial services, including a Salesforce-to-SBA loan origination integration at Ready Capital and a PCI DSS-compliant auto-renewal system at USGA. I bring experience leading engineering teams alongside earlier service as a US Army Captain and company commander.
