What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead frontend architecture and delivery for products where I can own outcomes, build capable teams, make high-stakes technical tradeoffs, and ship reliable platforms with strong product, design, and engineering alignment.

I've led frontend delivery at PSSPI and SUPRAORACLES, restructuring teams and delivery models to increase output by roughly 80% and 50% respectively. I lead distributed engineering organizations, align stakeholders across product, UX, QA, marketing, and deployment, and contribute to hiring, performance reviews, and team progression.

At PSSPI, I led a migration from a conflict-prone monorepo to Vite module federation, enabling independent deployments and reducing merge contention. I also architected a phased legacy-system migration that kept the existing system live throughout validation, eliminating cutover risk.

Through independent consulting, I've rebuilt GameLobby PH into a production-ready tournament platform, designing its Postgres authorization model, append-only ledger, fraud controls, and Xendit payment flows for GCash and Maya. I bring product ownership to technical delivery, from UX and monetization decisions through architecture, QA, and release.
