What I'm looking for

I’m looking to formalize my leadership into an engineering management scope—covering hiring, budgeting, and resource planning—while staying close to the codebase and continuing to ship frontend architecture and features.

I’ve been delivering scalable web and desktop applications for global organizations, most recently migrating a production mortgage platform from React 15 to React 19 module by module using feature flags to avoid downtime.

At EssilorLuxottica, I helped build enterprise-scale frontends used by global teams—resolving production issues, partnering on technical direction, and shipping reusable React/Next.js components with Storybook documentation and unit tests to reduce regression risk.

Earlier, at Oracle NetSuite, I maintained and enhanced marketing pages and implemented A/B testing with Adobe Target and Maxymiser. I also led an Electron.js + React desktop app end-to-end and stepped in as interim Team Lead, mentoring four developers until a permanent replacement was hired.
