What I'm looking for

I'm seeking fully remote IT Support Analyst roles where I can apply my hands-on support expertise and transition back to IT-focused work.

At Danfoss Power Solutions, I delivered Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support by phone, email, and on site, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. I also investigated recurring problems and documented solutions.

With Randstad US Contractor at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, I built, tested, and deployed 1,200 PCs for a Windows 7 upgrade across healthcare facilities, including data migration. I supported Cerner, Citrix, Microsoft applications, and network issues.

In the United States Air Force, I managed help desk operations supporting approximately 1,900 users, 14 medical systems, and 1,800 PCs. I also conducted vulnerability assessments and coordinated remediation with system administrators.

I'm currently transitioning back to IT-focused roles. My experience also includes retail system support, technical lab assistance, field service for medical devices, and Windows environments.
