What I'm looking for

I’m building toward cloud solution architecture and am looking to grow my skills in cloud infrastructure, hybrid deployments, and open-source infrastructure tools.

At Safaricom P.L.C., I administered AWS, GCP and Azure platforms alongside on-premises servers. I managed IAM access, troubleshot network and storage issues, and used VMware vSphere and VMware vRealize Operations to monitor hosts and servers.

I created a Bash script to automate building, tagging and deploying containerized applications to a cloud instance. I also developed a web application connected to an Oracle Database and deployed it using GitHub Actions.

In my OCI Observability using Terraform project, I’m provisioning OCI infrastructure with observability capabilities while exploring state management and module configuration. I write technical articles on Medium about cloud platforms and open-source technologies such as Ceph, and I volunteer with the OpenInfra Kenya User Group.
