At USA TODAY Co. / Gannett Media, I founded the Project Management Office in 2014 and grew it from a technology-delivery function into an enterprise PMO. I built intake, prioritization, governance, and reporting practices for the company’s highest-priority portfolios.
I led the Palantir AI portfolio, coordinating roadmaps and cross-functional execution across products including Pay-Per-Article, real-time content synchronization, personalized newsletter systems, and identity-matching products. In 2024, I was named one of the company’s first AI Champions and helped guide responsible AI adoption.
I launched a digital paywall across USA TODAY Network local sites and platforms, contributing to a 17% increase in circulation revenue in the first quarter after launch. I also directed consolidation of 83 websites and 412 platforms onto a single content management system.
I designed Power BI executive dashboards that brought portfolio health, milestones, risk, resourcing, and business impact into one view. I’ve used Microsoft Copilot to accelerate reporting and planning while keeping source validation and human review in place.
