At Deloitte Consulting, I served as the primary Technical Project Manager for the Contribution and Monitoring & Automation pillars of a technology modernization program for a major national broadcast news organization. I managed delivery across broadcast infrastructure and monitoring workflows, and presented status, risks, and decisions to senior executive leadership.
At B&H Photo, I managed a portfolio of approximately 120 active web projects and delivered more than 800 enhancements and bug fixes. I also led a customer service system implementation and directed web initiatives for a company expo, including a mobile wallet application.
