What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead consumer insights, data and AI initiatives that turn behavioural data into practical growth strategies, stronger customer relationships and measurable commercial outcomes.

I've led consumer insights, analytics and commercial growth work at Eureka AI, AIMIA, dunnhumby, Kantar Worldpanel and Diageo across Europe and Asia. At Eureka AI, I built AI-powered consumer insight capabilities analysing behavioural data from more than 80 million consumers across APAC.

I translate complex shopper, loyalty and consumer behaviour into growth strategies, customer targeting, innovation priorities and executive decisions. My work has generated more than $4M in recurring revenue, delivered 120% revenue growth and 27% margin improvement at Kantar Worldpanel, and built dunnhumby Malaysia from zero to 25 commercial clients.

I'm passionate about applying behavioural science, the Laws of Growth, predictive analytics and modern data platforms to practical commercial outcomes. I regularly partner with executive teams on category growth, pricing, promotions, customer strategy, data monetisation and AI-enabled decision-making.
