What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my IT skills in a dynamic environment, focusing on training and technical support while contributing to team success.

I am an Information Technology professional with a strong background in teaching and technical support. Currently, I serve as an I.T. Instructor, where I conduct virtual training programs for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their dependents. My role involves troubleshooting computer issues and providing technical support during various events organized by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). I have also developed a Data Entry Form using Excel VBA, showcasing my ability to create efficient solutions for data management.

Previously, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at OWWA, where I assisted clients with their requests and monitored the daily status of various applications. My experience includes managing databases in Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting. I have a solid foundation in network cabling and configuration, which has enhanced my troubleshooting skills and ability to handle technical challenges effectively.
