What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support, help desk, or desktop support position where I can apply Army technical training in hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and customer-focused troubleshooting.

I've completed Army National Guard 25B Information Technology Specialist training and support systems and networks through communication and troubleshooting.

My training covers computer hardware and software support, networking fundamentals, operating systems, cybersecurity, information assurance, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and communications systems. I graduated Advanced Individual Training as an Honor Graduate.

I've also built eight years of customer service, communication, and problem-solving experience in healthcare and education environments. At Hoffman Homecare, I delivered medications accurately and on schedule while working with patients, customers, and healthcare staff.

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support, help desk, or desktop support role where I can apply hands-on technical training, reliable service, and a strong attention to detail.
