What I'm looking for
I've developed and fabricated semiconductor devices, nanostructures, and flexible electronics across KAUST, DTU, INL, Rice University, McGill University, and Linköping University. At KAUST, I established repeatable silicon-pillar processes for UV detectors and led process development for GaN-based LEDs targeting 570–780 nm emission.
My work spans IC design, lithography, deposition, dry and wet etching, printing, CVD-grown carbon nanotubes, MEMS/NEMS, biosensors, and optical-fiber components. I've also trained cleanroom users, written SOPs and safety documentation, maintained equipment, led research projects, taught in Chinese and English, and published widely in microelectronics, nanotechnology, and organic electronics.
