At Volvo Cars, I design and evolve internal ETL/ELT data platforms in an on-premises HPC environment supporting more than 100 PiB of data.
I define architectures for ingestion, transformation, storage, metadata indexing, and data access using PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, SQL, REST APIs, and internal SDKs. I also introduced standardized C4-PlantUML architecture documentation and lead technical decisions through ADRs, TDRs, requirements, and architecture roadmaps.
Previously at Volvo Cars, I built and maintained large-scale pipelines for radar, lidar, ultrasonic, image-based, and reference-system data used in automotive analysis and verification. I improved legacy pipeline performance by 10x, reduced integration testing time by 50%, and enabled thousands of processing jobs to be dispatched within seconds.
My background combines data engineering and platform architecture with automotive sensor analysis, radar verification, embedded systems, and software tooling. I work across delivery teams and stakeholder groups to align data lifecycle, governance, privacy, security, and compliance needs.
