- I have worked as a virtual assistant for different companies in the USA, Europe, and Canada.
- My main duties have been managing the agenda, searching for providers, making budgets , and replying to emails of users and/or clients.

- Coordination and planning of weekly activities.
-I developed the website for the study using Qualtrics and provided support to all the participants.
-Recruited, and provided support and I was the main point of contact for around 500 participants of different nationalities.
- Database and social media admin

- I recruited and provided support with online cognitive tests to around 600 research participants. I was the main point of contact with different health centres around the Durham area and I also was the main point of contact for the research participants. I scouted, recruited, and weekly called/emailed research participants to motivate them and get them involved in the study. Database admin

- I attended more than 200 live chats weekly providing technical support to a diverse range of employees.
- I solved diverse technical issues with the Lotus Notes email provider following the standards and procedures of the company.
-I opened, solved and closed tickets using Zendesk.

- Answering calls from many different companies and governmental agencies in order to provide support to Hispanic people living in the US.
- Some of the clients I currently work for include 911 (emergency and non-emergency lines), Citibank, Liberty Mutual, Mercury Systems, and Horizon Communications, among others.
- The languages I use in this job are English and Spanish.
