What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to contribute to humanitarian or development programs, apply my customer service and business management background, and strengthen my skills in a professional international environment.

I currently work at Dire Mesob as a call centre agent, handling incoming calls, providing client information and support, resolving inquiries, maintaining interaction records, and contributing to service delivery.

I previously volunteered with Dire Mesob in Dire Dawa for seven months, supporting daily programs, community service initiatives for vulnerable groups, and operational and administrative tasks in a multicultural team.

I graduated from Dire Dawa University with a Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management and am motivated to contribute to humanitarian and development programs while continuing to build my professional skills.
